Chennaiyin FC made it into the final of Hero Indian Super League 2015 despite their 2-1 loss against Atlético de Kolkata in the second leg of their semi-final clash at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on Wednesday. The visitors played out a nervy final five minutes before a Fikru Teferra goal in stoppage time made it 4-2 on aggregate to propel the Super Machans into the final where they will play FC Goa on December 20. Dhanachandra Singh, who has played a major role in turning Chennai’s backline into the tightest defence in the league, spoke to indiansuperleague.com in an exclusive interview after the game. Here are the excerpts.
