Chennai, 12, August 2026: Chennaiyin FC have completed the signing of French attacking midfielder Madih Talal, adding creativity, experience and attacking quality to the squad ahead of the upcoming season.The 28-year-old arrives at the Marina Machans with considerable experience in Indian football, having established himself as a consistent and influential presence in the Indian Super League.
A product of French football, Talal began his professional career with Angers and Amiens before going on to play in Spain with Las Rozas and Greece with A.E. Kifisia. He made the move to Indian football in 2023 with Punjab FC, where he enjoyed a standout debut ISL campaign, registering six goals and 10 assists in 22 appearances and finishing as the league’s top assist provider. He subsequently represented East Bengal FC and Jamshedpur FC, recording a total of nine goals and 13 assists in the ISL. Known for his creativity, technical ability and vision in the final third, Talal brings proven experience and attacking quality to Chennaiyin FC.
