A product of Chennaiyin FC’s youth setup, Prakadeswaran has steadily progressed through the club’s development pathway and earned his place in the senior squad through consistent performances and hard work. His extension reflects the club’s continued belief in nurturing homegrown talent and providing young players with opportunities to grow at the highest level.
Prakadeswaran joined Chennaiyin FC’s academy at the age of 13 and progressed through the club’s youth ranks before earning his place in the senior squad. He made his Indian Super League debut during the 2025-26 season and marked a memorable campaign by scoring his first goal for the club. His journey from playing street football in Chennai to representing his hometown club is a testament to his dedication and perseverance, while also reflecting Chennaiyin FC’s commitment to developing local talent.
