Chennai, 12 August 2026: Chennaiyin FC have completed the signing of Indian forward Shubham Rawat, adding further depth and versatility to the squad ahead of the upcoming season.
The 25-year-old joins the Marina Machans after spending the last three seasons with Dempo SC. A versatile attacking player, Rawat has also represented Sudeva Delhi and Spanish side CD Olímpic de Xàtiva during his career, gaining valuable experience across Indian and Spanish football.
Rawat has featured in the I-League and Super Cup, with his performances for Dempo establishing him as a promising attacking option. He also found the net during the 2025-26 Super Cup, showcasing his ability to make an impact in important games.
